There are currently around 100 members of the Eurobodalla Natural History Society. They range in experience from beginners to those who have spent a lifetime observing fauna and flora. The interests of the group cover all aspects of the natural environment and include birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, plants, insects and spiders.
The objectives of the Society are to foster and encourage the study, enjoyment and conservation of the natural environment and arrange meetings and field excursions for this purpose. It encourages and trains members in the keeping of records of the wildlife of the area, prepares reports of these records, and liaises with other societies, organisations and individuals with similar interests, on matters of natural history and conservation.
