Field Meeting : Bumbo Road, Trunketabella

Bumbo Bridge

Walking Difficulty Grade 1 (Easy)

Short walks along an unsealed road and across grassy areas. Some potential trip hazards.

What we might see

Drive along Bumbo Road with stops along the way by the edge of the Tuross River and Bumbo Creek. White-eared Honeyeater, Rose Robin, White-bellied Sea-Eagle and other raptors, Australian Darter, cormorants, ducks, Yellow-rumped Thornbill, Scarlet Robin, Azure Kingfisher.

Where we meet

Meet at the corner of Bumbo Road and the Princes Highway, Trunketabella, which is just north of Bodalla.
