Field Meeting : Benandarah (East), Murramarang National Park

Boyne State Forest

Walking Difficulty Grade 2 (Moderate)

Approx. 2-3 km. Unsealed forestry road, moderate slopes.

What we might see

A walk through the tall forests of Murramarang National Park. Black-faced Monarch, Rufous Fantail, Superb Lyrebird, Eastern Shrike-tit, Eastern Whipbird, Rose Robin, various honeyeater species, Varied Sittella, Mistletoebird.

Where we meet

Meet at the turnoff to Long Beach, intersection of Cullendulla Drive and the Princes Highway.
