Swift Parrot surveys

Dianne, Lucy and I discovered hundreds of Swift Parrots on Mitchells Ridge Road in the Bodalla State Forest.  Chris Tzaros says this is the largest recorded gathering of the species.

    Population was estimated at between 1,000 and 1,200.  Now moved on.
